lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of the granting of this discharge which was concerned with European Agency for the Management of Operational Cooperation at the External Borders of the Member States of the European Union also known as Frontex. My party have a number of concerns with Frontex. The body is meant to assist with of border management within Europe but have been an unmitigated disaster. Only last year, they had their budget increased by 54% but human disasters continue to occur. This shows that the money is there to tackle the problem but it’s the way in which the problem is being tackled that is not effective enough. However, as there were no specific irregularities arising explicit to this report, I voted in favour of granting this discharge."@en1
