lpv:spoken text	"The European Training Foundation operates in a dynamic environment which requires a high level of flexibility in continually updating and adjusting its activities to meet expected results in the delivery of support to partner countries. The work that it has performed in the area of migration and skills has been noteworthy. I support my colleagues in encouraging the Foundation to better raise awareness of the conflict-of-interest policy among its staff, alongside ongoing awareness-raising activities and the inclusion of integrity and transparency as an obligatory item to be discussed during recruitment procedures and performance reviews. I have therefore voted in favour of the above discharge."@en1
