"I support the Committee on Budgetary Control's report authored by Derek Vaughan on the discharge in respect of the implementation of the budget of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology for the financial year 2014. While it has been noted that the EIT's budget has increased by approx. 65.54% and the agency has had a high staff turnover rate and instability at management level. I believe that the general recommendations that appear in the draft resolution on performance, financial management and control of EU agencies adequately deals with these issues."@en1
