lpv:spoken text	"I echo the grave concern expressed in this report about the worsening of human rights violations by Turkish authorities, as seen with the taking over of newspapers, oppression and harassment of journalists, persecution of the Kurdish minority, and violations of the rights of refugees in the country. The EU’s dialogue with Turkey must centre on putting these wrongs to right. Any agreement between the EU with the Turkish Government must uphold human rights and humanitarian norms, including the rights of refugees and the principle of non-refoulement."@en1
