lpv:spoken text	"Erasmus+, which was created to replace other preceding programmes, has created the gateway for mobility at the level of European higher education. The social and economic circumstances in some Member States point to a need for a revival in the form of vocational education throughout the Union. There is a huge imbalance in unemployment rates amongst Member States and a multidimensional response is required. A common framework which outlines possibilities available to students should be created. Programmes should be introduced to tackle language barriers, different cultural realities and create successful environments for mobility. The programme should also see to it that mobility leads to employability, one of the main aims."@en1
