lpv:spoken text	"This concerns the re-codification of the Council Regulation ‘Market Access Regulation’ which regulates the importation of products from ACP countries. This is a temporary measure which provides duty- and quota-free access to the EU market for products from ACP countries before the WTO-compatible Economic Partnership Agreements, October 2016. The codification is necessary to provide transparency and accessibility to the EU legislation. The amendment of article 3(4) would enable the Commission to adopt delegated acts concerning the regime relevant to products from South Africa, once provisions of the TDCA have superseded those of the EPA."@en1
