It was relocation last year and a misjudged Turkey agreement this year. As Mr Kamall has said, friends need to be honest with each other. They do not just tell you what you want to hear. My fear is another miracle solution which fails will overshadow all the other important and sensible actions which are being taken. But a EUR 6 billion mistake is a big mistake. Stop looking for silver bullets because some time you might end up with a nuclear bomb. Direct resettlement, sticking to the rules, border controls and faster processing are what we need.
