It does not have to be like that and we can prevent it being like that. But while I have got 30 seconds left, let me just congratulate the Commissioner on actually listening and actually making a difference. Lots of colleagues have talked about how much work remains to be done on this. Universal collective bargaining is no use to us at all in the UK because we do not use that kind of system; we need sectoral- and company—level collective bargaining. 24 months is no use; we need 6 months.
