lpv:spoken text	"I would like to confirm I voted against this report. The report calls for the European Central Bank (ECB) to initialise legislation which it is allowed to do under the Lisbon Treaty. I do not support further European legislation. The ECB makes profits from the loans it gives to Member States such as Greece. This report calls for the profits made from the financial suffering of Member States to be given to the European Union as ‘own resources’. The EU does not have its ‘own’ resources; it makes money out of European taxpayers and this case is no different."@en1
