lpv:spoken text	"It is important to continuously reiterate the call for a strong social dimension to the European Semester and country-specific recommendations, in order to arrive at growth which is truly inclusive and sustainable. Terms like ‘structural reforms’, ‘fiscal consolidation’, and ‘budgetary responsibility’ cannot remain coded jargon for harmful austerity policies, which hurt the most vulnerable in society and strangle economic growth. Instead, structural reforms must entail meaningful change towards delivering a higher quality of social services to those who need them most, and enabling effective social investment and financing to stimulate inclusive and sustainable growth."@en1
