UKIP is supportive of the UN backed plan to return Libya to stable and democratic governance and hopes that all sides will fulfil their obligations under the agreement. However we do not support the EU's attempts to get involved in Libya and expand their foreign policy role. We are also mindful of the situation in Libya's impact on the current migration crisis. As such I abstained on the resolution as whole."@en1
