lpv:spoken text	"I welcome this report by Mr McAllister, which is a useful assessment of ongoing reforms in Serbia, including in important areas such as the rule of law, democracy, human rights, respect for minorities and regional cooperation. It rightly recognises that Serbia has embarked on an ambitious reform agenda. We in Britain support the ongoing efforts to ensure that EU applicant countries fulfil the criteria for EU membership and very much welcome all efforts to secure peace and stability in the Western Balkans. So, for these reasons, I am happy to support this report."@en1
