The rules on global trade in services are in great need of an update, but we cannot just accept any deal and the Commission must take these recommendations into account when securing a final TiSA agreement if there is any hope of the Commission getting the European Parliament's approval. It is great to see the amount of participation in the agreement of this report setting out the Parliament's position on the TiSA negotiations and that the Parliament has come to such an agreement in the end."@en1
