lpv:spoken text	"This file means that the safeguard clause, as well as the anti-circumvention mechanism which was foreseen in the EU-Moldova Association Agreement, is incorporated into EU Law. It will mean that no fundamentally new conditions which were not already in the agreement can be introduced during the legislative procedure. Although I do not suspect that it would be very likely to be exploited, safeguards are always important and should be applied to all trade agreements in order to protect European industries. Hence I am glad to see that the association agreement also includes an anti-circumvention mechanism."@en1
