lpv:spoken text	"Mr President, I commend the rapporteur for highlighting that there is an increasing depletion of biodiversity, and this needs to be tackled as a matter of urgency, especially if we are to reach the 2020 targets and also, of course, as a result of the successful COP21 in Paris. It goes without saying that the better our environment is, the better it is for human beings; nevertheless this depletion takes place, some of it unwittingly, unfortunately more of it done perhaps even purposely. So there is a need to bring the public on board to help them to see what can be done and to see the benefits. I know in my own country that wildlife and nature are very important for attracting tourists, so there is an economic benefit. This is very important. I just want to finish by complimenting the Estonian President on his wonderful address here today. Normally such addresses are rather general. His was very specific and therefore very relevant to us."@en1
