This argument should enhance European judicial collaboration. Given that the cooperation would only extend as far as the secondment of a liaison officer by Montenegro to Eurojust and the exchange of information, including personal data, and given that the Council will be required to consult Parliament when adopting implementing measures pursuant to Article 39(1) of the pre-Lisbon Treaty on European Union and in accordance with Article 9 of Protocol 36, I have decided to vote in favour of this draft implementing decision."@en1
