lpv:spoken text	"Female entrepreneurs have a massive amount of untapped potential, and systemic sexism is not helping address the fact that the EU still lags behind with an entrepreneurial rate of just 12%. I believe that particular attention needs to be given to female entrepreneurs: the employment rate of women in the EU is not reaching the EU 2020 target of 75% (it is currently less than 60%). If we are truly committed to seeing equality between the genders, this is not acceptable and this report addresses the challenges and hurdles that are ahead in this goal, and more specifically in relation to achieving a higher female entrepreneurship rate. This is why I voted in favour of this report."@en1
