lpv:spoken text	"I am afraid I cannot support this report, which is supposed to be about competition policy, but instead chooses to address many issues of taxation, growing the EU’s own resources and enhancing the European Parliament’s powers at the expense of national governments. I cannot support calls for a Common Consolidated Corporate Tax Base, nor the attempt to grab even more own resources for the EU by allocating recovered illegal state aid to the EU budget. Similarly I do not feel the European Parliament should be given co-decision powers in the field of competition policy. For all of these reasons I voted against this year’s report on competition policy."@en1
