lpv:spoken text	"I very much welcome this cooperation agreement between Europol and the United Arab Emirates. The need for more international cooperation in the fight against serious crime and terrorism has been highlighted yet again by recent tragic events in Europe. This agreement allows for the exchange of specialist knowledge, strategic analysis, information on crime-prevention methods and support in individual criminal investigations, a useful tool for both the UAE and Europol. It should also be emphasised that this strategic cooperation agreement does not include the exchange of personal data. The benefits of this deal are clear, and I am happy to support it in today’s vote."@en1
