lpv:spoken text	"Since 2000 the EU has granted the countries of the Western Balkans autonomous trade measures, and that includes Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Commission has proposed to extend the autonomous trade measures until the end of 2020, otherwise they will expire at the end of this month. After long negotiations with the Council and Commission, regarding which I should thank the rapporteur, Maria Bettini Goffredo, for committing so much of her time, we now have reached an agreement. I voted in favour of this codecision procedure, firstly because I believe that there should be a stable majority in support of the outcome of the interinstitutional negotiations. Furthermore, the inclusion of a human rights clause in this proposal is a massively important part of the text."@en1
