They managed to include some vital amendments which I am pleased to see. In my view all people should have the ability to seek redress for breaches of their fundamental rights, and in this time of turmoil for people escaping war and economic stagnation in other countries, who are making the dangerous trip across, into Europe, it is more important than ever that migrants have easier access to legal redress when it comes to alleged breaches of their fundamental rights.
