I am sure that those people watching this on YouTube, and the three people in the gallery, are well aware of that. Well, actually, let’s get realistic. As I predicted last year, this patting ourselves on the back, and a blatant propaganda campaign, has gone completely ignored by the public at home. The EUR 17 million wasted on this could have, and should have, been used to save lives, and not on advertising how compassionate and how wonderful we are, with taxpayers’ money. There will be no legacy of the European Year of Development."@en1
