lpv:spoken text	"The EU has consistently advocated for a rules-based and strong, multilateral approach to trade and I voted in favour of this motion for a resolution as it recognises that complementary approaches such as bilateral, regional and multi-national agreements may foster the opening of trade and may support the multilateral system. At committee level S&D MEPs were able to achieve many of its objectives, guaranteeing a commitment to the enduring value of multilateralism and respect for special and differential treatment in the negotiations, amongst many other things. I am very pleased with the work of Bernd Lange and this is a very good text."@en1
