lpv:spoken text	"Together with my Labour colleagues I voted in favour of this report as I believe EU cohesion policy is a powerful tool to address the problems that marginalised communities face. These include unemployment, poor housing conditions and low access to public services. They also experience multiple forms of discrimination and social, cultural and economic exclusion. I welcome the report’s call for genuine involvement of representatives from marginalised communities in the development, implementation and management of EU funds and projects in this field. As a member of the Women’s Rights and Gender Equality Committee, I particularly welcome the gender perspective taken in this report."@en1
