lpv:spoken text	"Madam President, the Neuromuscular Centre Midlands (NMC) provides specialist physiotherapy to patients with muscular dystrophy – patients who have told me that this treatment is almost the only thing that helps them bear this terrible disease. It is not offered anywhere else in the West Midlands. The cost is negligible. Treating a single fall injury would cost more than specialised physiotherapy for a dozen patients for a year. So, on 22 July, I wrote from this Parliament to the Coventry and Rugby CCG and the Warwickshire North CCG, asking why they are not providing funding to the NMC, even though it is treating patients from their areas. Neither replied. So, on 2 October this year, I wrote personally to their two chairs, Dr Adrian Canale-Parola and Dr Heather Gorringe. Neither still has bothered to reply. Yet so many sufferers have told me that this treatment is the only thing that helps, and the cost is negligible. Why will these faceless bureaucracies not pay for the treatment their people are using?"@en1
