lpv:spoken text	"This resolution recommends that the Commission take steps towards developing a satellite-based global flight-tracking system, to replace the current radar locations system, which has a much more limited scope. This would enable the location of aircraft at all times, even in remote locations such as long-haul flights over oceans or desert areas. This technology would also be of assistance in avoiding situations such as the Air France AF447 and Malaysia Airlines MH370 tragedies, and would improve the effectiveness of search and rescue operations and investigations. The resolution also calls for a discussion at the World Radiocommunication Conference in November about allocating a specific radio spectrum to support this technology. I therefore voted for the resolution"@en1
