They have all got the same basic problem and it would be tedious for you and tedious for everyone else, so I am just going to repeat the basic point. Who would miss these agencies, these quangos, if they disappeared? If, by some terrible freak of nature they were all wiped out in asteroid strikes, would any of our constituents feel a deleterious impact on their quality of life? Rather than standing up and making this speech for every other discharge vote, I am going to call it a day at this one, and leave Members with the thought that we would all be much happier and wealthier and freer if we had fewer of these people telling us what to do."@en1
