"I, along with my fellow Labour MEPs, voted in favour of this report. The current proposal from the Commission raises serious questions with regards to the integrity of the single market. For this reason the EPLP supports this motion to reject the Commission proposal. We also argue for the Commission to live up to a promise made by President Juncker to comprehensively revise the authorisation framework for the GMOs in the EU and to put forward a new legislative proposal."@en1
