But that does not mean that those areas of disagreement are not significant. They are. So I would like to ask those in this Chamber who are considering voting for targets which, we have heard, many of us believe are unattainable and will lead to considerable delays in coming to an agreement with the Commission, to please think again before they vote today. There is no disagreement on health impacts. Nobody can lecture me on health impacts. I understand them completely. That is what we want to get to, but we want to get to it quickly.
