lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of automatic exchange of tax rulings because transparency is absolutely vital when it comes to cracking down on aggressive tax avoidance and tax evasion. For far too long, governments have been able to make secret agreements with companies about how much tax they’ll pay, with no scrutiny from other Member States or from the public as a whole. That needs to change, and while the Commission’s proposals are welcome, we in the Parliament believe they can and should go further. It’s over to David Cameron and the rest of the Council now to show that they are serious when they say they want to stamp out these practices once and for all."@en1
