lpv:spoken text	"Along with other MEPs in the S&D group, I voted in favour of automatic exchange of information on tax rulings because transparency is absolutely vital when it comes to cracking down on tax avoidance and tax evasion. For far too long governments have been able to make secret agreements with companies about how much tax they will pay with no scrutiny from other Member States or the public as a whole. This needs to change. While the Commission's proposals are welcome, as Labour MEPs in the Parliament, we believe they can and should go further. It is over to David Cameron and the rest of the Council now to show that they are serious when they say they want to stamp out these practices once and for all."@en1
