It calls for an urgent, responsible, global response, based on solidarity among the international community. The Paris Conference must be a meeting at which real decisions are taken to make sure that the world gets back on track to keep the average global temperature below 2°C. Regrettably, the Conservative MEPs’ attempts to water down energy efficiency targets show they are not serious on tackling global environmental issues."@en1
