"Mr President, this is the second one I have asked, the same as other colleagues. Mr Rangel, you mentioned during your speech that you would like the UK to stay within the EU. That is a very commendable thing to say. The biggest single issue for the British people is control of the borders. Do you think that you could use as a silver bullet in the negotiations – to stop people like me who would like us to leave – giving us back 100% control of our borders? If you could give that back to the UK, as a sovereign nation, I am sure it would be very hard for people like me who want us to leave. Do you think that border control should be allowed to be discussed with the UK? Thank you for accepting my second question of the session."@en1
