lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report as it forms a key element of the EU’s Clean Air Package and will reduce harmful emissions and improve air quality across the UK and the EU. The report will improve environmental standards and although it will increase costs in certain areas the benefits far outweigh these. Furthermore, jobs in sectors where costs were deemed disproportionate (e.g. offshore oil and gas in Scotland) have been protected by specific exemptions and derogations. Therefore this legislation balances economic well-being with the overwhelming need to act now to save our planet."@en1
