The European small claims procedure can be successful but only if consumers and businesses, courts, and associations providing the advice are aware of it. Consumers and businesses need very concrete information on how to use the procedure in practice and what it would cost. It therefore makes sense for the Member States to provide more in-depth information on court fees and methods of payment for the European small claims procedure."@en1
