lpv:spoken text	"Integration among Member States involves every aspect of an EU citizen’s life. As freedom of movement and labour becomes more accessible, giving citizens greater possibilities, we are also faced with cross-border challenges. These challenges can nevertheless be overcome through transparent cooperation between the Institutions. For example, if a citizen needs to claim money back from a faulty product bought online, coming from a different EU Member State, it is our duty to facilitate ways to resolve these issues. This has been the case since 2007. However, today we voted on making sure that these small-claim procedures are more accessible to people as well as increasing the threshold of the claim to EUR 5 000."@en1
