lpv:spoken text	"I voted against the provision of parliament’s consent to this protocol because, on a broader point, UKIP does not support the use of member-state taxpayers’ money, through the European Neighbourhood Policy, being used to support an EU foreign policy in the region and we are against the waste of British taxpayers’ money through projects administered by the EU overseas. As a secondary point, the full financial implications of this decision to the United Kingdom, in terms of our overall net contribution to the European Union budgets and the money available within the UK via these programmes are unknown. UKIP will therefore not provide blanket support for Tunisia’s access to EU funding programmes when the full financial implications are not fully worked out."@en1
