lpv:spoken text	"Along with my colleagues in the Socialist & Democrats Group I voted in favour of this report as it concerns the European Union Solidarity Fund, which is emergency financial aid which can be used by Member States following disasters in their countries to help to rebuild basic infrastructure, fund emergency services, fund temporary accommodation and assist with clean-up operations. It does not entail the use of additional appropriations and instead the full amount for the fund will be financed through the reallocation of the available appropriations for advances in the general budget of the European Union for the financial year 2015."@en1
