"I voted in favour of this report. This report contained important provisions on the relocation of 120 000 persons. However, it is predicted that the Council will make substantial changes to the proposal. At this point, the European Parliament will use its prerogative to ask for reconsultation given the substantial changes. Which means that my group, GUE-NGL, will be able to work on strengthening the Commission proposal through the tabling of number of key amendments."@en1
