lpv:spoken text	"We need action for the establishment of humanitarian corridors throughout the countries of transit for refugees (in both the Mediterranean and the Western Balkans), with the aim of providing humanitarian aid and ensuring that the refugees’ most basic needs are covered and their human rights respected. We stress that the humanitarian response to the refugee crisis should be part of a longer-term plan that includes humanitarian aid support for the countries neighbouring the refugees’ countries of origin, strengthens their early recovery and protection capacities, reinforces the role of UN-related agencies and improves the political, social, human rights and economic situation in developing countries of origin and transition."@en1
