"I voted against this proposal as it is full of contradictions and is unfounded. It calls for the Commission to promote the use of cable cars as an affordable means of transport. Past examples of this such as the Thames cable car prove this to be incorrect. It also calls for a 0.0 driving alcohol limit as a mandatory. I do not recognise the EU to have the power to dictate this to the UK. I also worry that it calls for a major review of previous legislations that the UK has an opt-out of, I do not wish to see us lose this opt-out clause."@en1
