lpv:spoken text	"I support some of the worthy principles contained in this report. The right to water is a fundamental human right, and water should be a primary focus of foreign aid. I deplore the lack of access to clean, running water in so much of the world. The report does support the principle of subsidiarity in various areas. It is an own-initiative report and it covers matters beyond the scope of the Citizens’ Initiative. For example, it includes commentary on the issue of fracking. Such matters should not be for determination at European level. Accordingly, I abstained."@en1
