lpv:spoken text	"Mr President, entrepreneurship – the ability to start your own business or to identify an opportunity in the marketplace – is something that can be taught. Yes, it comes naturally to some people, but it can also be taught in our schools, in our universities, and in our colleges. It is something that the report addresses and I would like to see it included in our curricula in schools, because it is very important to give young people the ability and the confidence to think for themselves and not depend on others to give them information, but instead to have confidence that they, too, can be a successful business person and can use their energy to get out there in the marketplace and develop and innovate. As we know, around five million young people under 25 were unemployed last December in the EU. That unemployment rate is unacceptable, we all agree with that, but what can be done about it? There are a number of facets and one of them is to encourage young people to start their own businesses. In order to give them the confidence to do that we need to provide support, both financial and logistical – to ensure that is in place – and encourage our young people to take up the challenge."@en1
