lpv:spoken text	"I very much welcome this report and believe it raises the key issues in the fight against tax evasion and tax avoidance in developing countries. With the forthcoming conference on Financing for Development, the summit on the Sustainable Development Goals and the Paris climate negotiations later this year, this is a very timely report. Just a small increase in tax revenue in developing countries could overshadow the amount of aid received. It is therefore vital that multinational companies pay their fair share of tax – at home and abroad. As we mark the European Year for Development, by voting for this report we are showing our commitment to fighting extreme poverty and inequality."@en1
