lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of the report which follows the consultation process launched on 4 March 2015 with the joint consultation paper entitled ‘Towards a new European Neighbourhood Policy’. The report stresses that the Eastern Neighbourhood Policy needs to remain a single policy, recognising that both the Eastern and the Mediterranean partnerships are crucially important. It also calls for the appointment of EU Special Representatives for the East and the South dimensions and makes clear that, while recognising that the ENP and the enlargement policy are separate policies, a membership perspective must be sustained as an incentive for those countries with clear European aspirations that are eligible under Article 49 TEU."@en1
