lpv:spoken text	"Mr President, this is again a very important resolution and I was pleased to support it. It is something that we have discussed many times both in Ireland and here, and I think it is part of the progression that we are making to get unity within Europe. We have the banking union, hopefully we will have an energy union, and the capital markets union is very important as well. All this is going to help our economy, provide alternative sources of financing for SMEs and also give clarity and regulation to the market. I think these measures are very worthwhile, and the sooner they can be implemented across the European Union, the better. It is one of those measures which have long been spoken about and now, hopefully, it can come into being as soon as possible."@en1
