lpv:spoken text	"As someone who takes a great deal of interest in the Western Balkans – as the rapporteur for Montenegro – I have followed events closely as the shadow for Bosnia and Herzegovina. Clearly, in all the Western Balkan countries, amongst the Muslim minorities – particularly in Kosovo, Albania, Macedonia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina – there is a serious problem of radicalisation and of jihadi terrorists departing from these countries. Up to several hundred of them may be, as we speak, fighting for ISIS in Iraq and Syria. This is a serious problem. Member States are aware of it and NATO is taking it very seriously. Everything must be done to prevent this flow. I agree with you entirely: it is a major security risk to that region."@en1
