If the UK government is ready to grasp this opportunity it will create many billions of pounds worth of investment into the UK economy; investments in infrastructure, SMEs and green growth. The agreement that no fresh money will be used is also encouraging and demonstrates that the Commission is ready to do more with less. It is with regret however that this money has come from Heading 1a and the Labour MEPs hope that at the mid-term review more funding will be found from other headings to reinforce this productive area."@en1
