lpv:spoken text	"Madam President, thank you very much for the opportunity to talk on this subject. What we heard tonight is a system of the future, one of EU Utopia. Much more though, we believe, is required. The devil is in the detail. That is a phrase much used in the UK. We are not there yet – and we probably will never get there, so I even take the ‘yet’ away. Required, though, is an EU-wide, USA-style IRS system in place and its approach to deliver, and I hold that up as a system that works and addresses the issues discussed tonight. It will have to address tax collection issues, so evident in the disparities between north and south Member States. And finally, I and my group believe it needs to be a global, not an EU, issue. G20 is the proper place to discuss and address this important matter, not here in Brussels."@en1
