lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of the Paşcu report, given that we need to address, in a clear, decisive and comprehensive manner, changes in the strategic and security landscape of the Black Sea following the illegal annexation of Crimea by Russia. We cannot close our eyes to the fact that, through the heavy rearmament of Crimea and other developments in the region, Russia is creating another military launchpad, this time in the Black Sea. That is why we need to stick to our policy of non-recognition of Russia’s annexation of the Crimea and Sevastopol, consider stepping up sanctions if Russia’s destabilisation of eastern Ukraine and illegal annexation of Crimea continue, and call on the Member States to act to their full potential within NATO by speaking with one voice, investing in a stable neighbourhood and strengthening security cooperation with Black Sea coastal partner states."@en1
